Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

• Booking form: your name, email, company (optional), phone or WhatsApp number (optional), what you want to get done, your preferred date and time slot, and your short brief.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Consent record: that you agreed to this Privacy Policy when you submitted a form.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The only thing this website saves in your browser is whether you paused its animations; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your message or enquiry.
• To schedule, confirm and hold the call you requested.
• To prepare and send you a proposal, if you ask for one.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for marketing without your separate permission.

3. How your data is handled

When you submit a form, its contents are sent as an email to our business inbox (hello@spenno.in). We don’t keep a separate database of submissions. A few service providers are involved in this, and they process data only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and processes the form request.
• Google (Gmail), which sends the form email to our inbox.
• Our business email provider, which stores the emails we receive.

These providers may process data on servers outside India.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it to respond to you, hold your call and follow up on your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together. After that, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update your data;
• delete your data;
• withdraw the consent you gave (this won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it);
• let someone else exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. If a breach affects your data, we’ll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Children

This website is meant for businesses. Please don’t submit a form if you are under 18.

8. Questions and complaints

For any question or complaint about your personal data, email hello@spenno.in. We’ll respond as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires. If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
